Our repair and manufacturing technicians have each been with the Company for an average of 4 years, and the most senior technician has over 10 years of experience with the Company and over 20 years in the industry. The technical training provided to all of our staff comes directly from current and former manufacturer technicians.
We have quality control policies and procedures in place that detail each individual device repair. All of our repairs and components meet or exceed the original manufacturer equipment specifications, and we ensure that only quality components are used at all times. Many of the components we use for repairs are purchased from the same vendors the original manufacturers utilize.
The Company has recently developed a proprietary computer tracking system for step-by-step tracking of every product repaired at SÖHNIKS . This program tracks parts progress through the shop, maintains a log of all employees who have worked on the instrument, and the instrument’s status from arrival through repair and billing.
