Quality Systems: 
- Service Technician
Training:
Our repair technicians have various degrees
of experience and education in endoscope
repair, surgical equipment repair, electronics,
mechanics, mechanical design and engineering.
Our internal continuing education program
is designed to keep all technical staff
up-to-date on new models and technology
as well as industry trends. Formal continuing
education is given to all technicians
on a monthly basis, and technicians are
monitored daily for quality assurance.
The technical training provided to all
of our staff comes directly from current
and former OEM technicians.
- Clinical Education:
Our clinical education program offers
in-services at no charge to all hospitals
and clinics in need on the proper handling
procedures for flexible and rigid endoscopes.
- Quality Assurance
Program:
Our quality assurance program has quality
control policies and procedures in place
that detail each individual device repair.
In addition, we are FDA Registered and
meet FDA requirements.
- Preventative
Maintenance:
Our preventative maintenance program is
available to assist you with pinpointing
ongoing device problems or endoscope handling
issues. We offer Preventative Maintenance
inspections at your request. These
are available to be performed at your
site, at no additional charge, with appointments
scheduled in advance. However, at
this time our Preventative Maintenance
Program is limited to customers located
within the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin,
Illinois and Iowa.
We will also report continuing problems
that we have observed while documenting
the device repair history which may result
from improper handling of the endoscopes.
- Technical Support:
Our technial support group employs a full
staff of highly trained technicians who
are available on an on-call basis during
normal business hours to provide support
for your equipment inventory.
- Proprietary Computer
Software System:
Our custom repair tracking system tracks
each piece of equipment entering our facility
for repair. It gives us the capability
of building and tracking instrument histories
to pinpoint reoccurring problems, issues
and concerns. Detailed instrument diagnoses
and repair reports are generated along
with their associated prices. Customized
reports are available upon request.
