• Loaner Program:
  
  A loaner is not usually necessary, as our turn-around-time is normally between 1-4 business days. However, we have a full inventory of loaner equipment available at no additional cost should the need arise. We offer loaner equipment for most makes and models and our loaner inventory is constantly expanding to reflect the needs of our customers. • Rental Program:
  
  We also offer a Rental Program. Simply contact us at (651) 452-4059 or (800) 495-0297 and a rental endoscope will ship the same day.
  
• Personal Pick-Up & Delivery Service:
  
  As our repair facility is located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, we offer personal pick-up and delivery to all customers in the Twin Cities Metro Area at no extra charge. Your instrument will be delivered to our repair facility the same day you call with a turn-around-time of 1-4 business days after approval. • Shipping Service:
  
  If your facility is located outside of the Minnesota Twin Cities Metro Area, you may ship your instrument to:

  We will return your instrument to you using UPS Ground service at no additional charge. Shipping boxes and pre-printed shipping-bills are available by request and are also free of charge.
